Tracy Fendig has been serving families' real estate needs in Fernandina Beach and the surrounding areas since 2005. With a background in architectural interiors and experience in interior design, Tracy found her calling in real estate. She approaches each customer as someone she can genuinely help, rather than just a sales opportunity. Tracy's belief in having a servant heart was solidified during the market downturn in 2008 when she worked with distressed sales. Helping families achieve their goals is always her top priority.

Tracy's success has earned her the prestigious Five-Star agent title from Jacksonville magazine for 13 consecutive years, a recognition achieved by less than 10 percent of agents nationwide. She was also named Realtor of the Year in Nassau County in 2008. Since joining Keller Williams Atlantic Partners in 2011, Tracy has been part of the Agent Leadership Council, a position reserved for the top 20 percent of KW agents. She is a KW Luxury Agent and holds the Graduate, Real Estate Institute designation. Tracy is proud to be a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Realtor.

Outside of her real estate career, Tracy is actively involved in her community and currently serves as the secretary of the Amelia Island Shrimp Fest committee.

Tracy is happily married to her husband Wynn and has three children: Nick, who works as a loan originator with U Mortgage and is married to Lauren, a loan processor; Samantha, a firefighter/paramedic in Jacksonville; and Seleah, who is a Realtor on their team and is married to Cole, a private pilot.

Seleah Fendig has been involved in the real estate industry for most of her life. Growing up as a Realtor's daughter, she became licensed at age 19 and used her earnings to pay for her college education. She graduated from Florida State University with a computer science degree. Seleah has a passion for the numbers aspect of the business and works with a financial planner to provide guidance to buyers on making sound financial decisions when purchasing properties. She particularly enjoys working with experienced buyers and real estate investors who appreciate her moneywise approach. Seleah has served over 50 families throughout her career.

Her career goals include achieving gross sales of over $10 million, working with properties valued at $500,000 and above, developing a neighborhood where she can design the concept, plan the streets, and collaborate with builders, and becoming one of the team's listing agents.

Seleah's impressive track record includes being the top seller in units for the team in 2019, receiving the Gold Medal Award from KW three times, and being licensed in both Florida and Alabama.

She resides in Fernandina Beach with her husband Cole, who is a private pilot.

Denise Manderfield has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, working in both Ohio and Florida. When she and her husband relocated to Fernandina Beach in 2015, Tracy Fendig was their real estate agent during the process of purchasing a new construction home. Denise was so impressed with Tracy's team that she knew she wanted to join them once she obtained her Florida license.

Denise has focused her career on working with buyers and thoroughly enjoys the process of house hunting. She finds it exciting to explore different homes and discover something new in each one. Matching the perfect home to each buyer is the most rewarding part for her, whether it happens quickly or requires more time and effort. Throughout her career, Denise has served over 140 families.

Denise understands that buying a home is both an emotional and financial decision. Her goal is to make the process as smooth as possible, ensuring happy outcomes for her clients. Cincinnati Magazine recognized Denise as a Five-Star Real Estate Agent for seven consecutive years.

To provide the best service to her buyers, Denise takes the time to get to know them and their needs. She begins with a comprehensive buyer consultation, where she explains the details of the process and starts envisioning the buyer's ideal home. Denise asks questions about living spaces, special requirements, preferred neighborhoods, architectural styles, and lifestyle. When it's time to write an offer, Denise carefully analyzes current market trends to provide the best advice on pricing and negotiation. She remains by her buyers' side throughout inspections, repairs, and the appraisal process.

Denise and her husband, Paul, have three children and two grandchildren. Denise is a proud alumna of The University of Alabama and serves as the Region 1 Vice President of the National Alumni Association. She has also been actively involved in the Jacksonville area alumni chapter. Additionally, Denise and Paul volunteer as Amelia Island Sea Turtle Watch volunteers.

Cindy Schantz is an experienced professional in business administration and customer service. She plays a crucial role in keeping busy Realtors organized and ensuring that our customers' needs are met. Cindy excels in planning team events, managing open houses, marketing listings, and enhancing our social media presence.

Throughout her career, Cindy has worked for both large corporations and small businesses, gaining a diverse range of experiences. She founded and served as president of Home School Connections in North Carolina from 2010-2016. In 2021, she was recognized as an all-star administrator of KW Atlantic Partners and received the Leaders Club award during her time at Sprint.

Although Cindy prefers to shine in the background, she is truly a valuable asset to our team. She cherishes the opportunity to work with wonderful people and considers it the most important aspect of her job. Her goal is to be the best real estate assistant she can be, embracing the challenges and learning something new every day. When faced with obstacles in the real estate process, Cindy thrives on resolving issues and getting things back on track.

Outside of work, Cindy leads an active lifestyle. Together with her husband Steve, they have remodeled 10 properties across three states and are always seeking new opportunities. They are proud members of the Jeep Club of Amelia Island and actively participate in various charitable projects. Cindy and Steve have two children, Claire and Evan.
